Thank you to Padraig Conlon of the Southside People local newspaper for highlighting the anger that bus commuters have felt the past couple of weeks due to mismanagement of Go Ahead.

Included is Go Ahead’s stock answer to the complaints, which aims to portray this as a wider problem out of their control. I have heard from reliable sources that this is not correct.

Thank you to the people who were/are working at Go Ahead who have confided in me with some shocking management practices at Go Ahead, which you may see coming out in the national media over the next while.

I will continue to highlight this at every opportunity to the NTA, in the media and with our local TDs who have been silent on this so far.

I have also written up guides on the new bus routes for our area which you may find useful:

If you have experienced problems with Go Ahead bus services not showing up or being cancelled, you can report to the NTA: [email protected] and Go Ahead: [email protected] . It is important to relay your experiences directly to these, so that they realise how big the problem is and how much it is affecting people. I will continue to write to the NTA and Go Ahead about these problems with the buses not showing up.
